Public Beta of Fellowship of Fools: The (Friendship) Game to Launch 6/24/18
Fellowship of Fools will be launching a Public Beta June 24th! This coincides with the deadline for Meaningful Play, which we are submitting the game to, and if we are accepted we will post more information about our planned activities for the event.
But, more importantly this makes it easy to get your own Beta version of the game four months before we plan to fully launch the game. We want you to help playtest our game! Offer feedback on Situations and Prompts! Tell us stories and even offer suggestions for alternative Topic and Situation Prompts, or for some of our planned future expansion decks on romance, sexuality, and kink.
We will be launching the Public Beta through The Gamecrafter, which is a print-on-demand game publishing platform. This makes it a bit more expensive than we’d like for the finished game, but it also means that we don’t have to front all of that scary money associated with a full print run with a manufacturer. You’re of course welcome to wait for those future versions of the game, but we have plans for any of you lovely people that decide to support us sooner rather than later. 🙂
